I love buying my coffee here! Such a cute spot and all of the employees are always very kind. There's usually a small line but it's worth the wait IMO to get to see all the flavors and buy in person. Plus there is a coffee bar inside that is delicious too!

Sheika was such a pleasure, she had helped me with my questions about limited editions and I really appreciate the fact that she took the time to explain certain flavours! She made my day! She made me one of the best espresso shots!

I was offered a cold brew that was made with coconut - my husband is allergic to coconut so we skipped that one. Huge store with tons of selections and many items to look at. They had a 2nd floor so we went up there -on the weekends it's very busy - you can buy different drinks. The cafe is on the 2nd floor. There are many different pods you can buy - sometimes they have specials which is great. You can not create your own sleeve so that is something to be noted. They are located on Prince Street near the subway which is great. I know about the Bloomingdales boutique store of Nespresso so it was nice to visit a Nespresso store that wasn't inside a big Dept store! I like the different colored Nespresso makers now - very cool. They also told us that on the weekends they remove the chairs on the main floor or people will never leave! I was humored by that comment. Well, maybe I'll go to the 2nd floor then and never leave!

It's the largest Nespresso store I visited, located in Soho. Service was excellent there; they were very welcoming and gave you a sample to drink. They also sell drinks to go. Since I saw some pictures on Yelp, I hoped they had some Danish pastries in the store, but they said they stopped making them since COVID-19. It's a lovely location with relatively simplistic declarations and a good ambiance. They have all the capsules that one can ask for. I would return if I am in the area next time.

I came in around 10:15 on the morning and was greeted by a sample brew at the counter. I didn't fully understand how the place worked so I started asking the man questions, but realized I should've waited in line. He politely explained that he was going to help the other customers first. I didn't realize you had to get what you wanted from the checkout person, versus taking it yourself. Once I got in line, Shomal spent a LOT of time with me, talking through my preferences. She had a deep knowledge of all of the coffees and gave great opinions about espresso versus coffee. She was so funny, knowledgeable, and patient. I think all of the people working there took their time to support the customers.

I recently got a Nespresso machine and needed to purchase pods for it. I've never owned a Nespresso before and felt out of my element. Thankfully, everyone at the store was super helpful! This store has 2 floors. The first floor is fully retail, and the second floor has a cafe of sorts. As soon as I got upstairs, a woman offered me a coffee tasting from the store's machines. I gladly obliged and was able to taste 2 different types of coffee that they had available that day. They have some seating upstairs, so I sat and looked at a menu of pods to try and choose what I would purchase. I ended up selecting pods from Vienna and Istanbul, which I'm super excited to try! The pods are sold by the sleeve. Unfortunately, you aren't able to mix and match to create your own sleeve; you have to purchase a full sleeve of each flavor you want. I wish there were an option to create your own!

Usually have deals and this time of year great black Friday deals. Nice coffee bar to bar drinks that showcase the coffee. Staff is knowledgeable but often spread thin. Oddly though the people that shop here are the only bad part of this place.
